We create a quality control system to endure that all of our products are 100% free of defects and meet required quality standard. Several things that we do to ensure customers furniture quality are :
- Pre-Production preparation which includes Color Panel, Master Sample, Jig and Mall preparation.
- 100% inspection at each stage of production from Incoming Material Selection, Sawn Timber Preparation, Process, Finishing, and Packing.
- Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspection system. This is a random inspection system and it will be applied only on products that are running for quite some time and under buyers agreement.
